This globally unique event has been taking place annually for several years at wonderful locations. This year we went to the Aldiana Club Calabria. We welcome athletes who have won a medal in the highest ranking competition of the year.

The cooperation between Deutsche Sporthilfe and the Aldiana Club includes not only fundraising campaigns and special tourist offers for sponsored athletes, but also the annual meeting of Germany's best athletes, the Sporthilfe Club der Besten.

Every year ON THE ROCK organizes the spectacular event week, which includes many of our gadgets, interaction, specials, atmosphere, galas and more.

ON THE ROCK is again hosting the Startupnight in Berlin in 2023, one of the largest startup events in Europe, where start-ups present themselves to companies, investors and potential customers - with more than 4,000 participants and more than 250 start-ups from all over the world in the categories Mobility, Energy, Communication, AI, VR, AR, Health, Fintech and many more. Startupnight offers you the opportunity to meet interesting and experienced people from all over the world, to talk to investors and companies about business opportunities and to expand your network. The young companies were supported by Deutsche Telekom, Berlin Partner für Wirtschaft und Technologie, IHK Berlin, Investitionsbank Berlin (IBB), Lufthansa and others.

We have been implementing great incentive trips for Deutsche Telekom and others for several years. These include the Top Performance Club (TPC), the Top Sales Club (TSC) and, since this year, all three trips of the Winners' Circle (WiCi) Bronze, Silver and Gold. Great destinations included Marrakech, Dubai, Barcelona, Algarve, Mykonos, Denver, Vienna, but also Amsterdam, Munich, Finland or Lisbon.

OTR services cover the complete organisation, planning and coordination of the trips, made possible by the connection to our worldwide DMC network. In this way, ON THE ROCK finds authentic locations, has comprehensive hotel/flight management and thus provides an complete worry-free service.

We had the unique opportunity to develop and implement the concept and design for the booths of two renowned companies.

For ABP Induction, a pioneer in the development of induction solutions, we created an outstanding booth concept at GIFA in Düsseldorf. By harmoniously integrating cutting-edge products and technologies into the booth design, we were able to successfully convey ABP Induction's message. For Fuji Instax, a pioneer in instant photography, we were able to develop a booth concept at Photopia in Hamburg that perfectly reflected the creative nature of the brand. In an active environment, visitors were invited to immerse themselves in the world of photography and explore the latest innovations from Fuji Instax.

In both cases, our goal was to design unique experiences for the moment.

Do it yourself event for 300 participants in an empty room: Sounds crazy, but is possible. This kind of ON THE ROCK teambuilding is unique world-wide. DJ, caterer or roadie for one day? With professional supervision, participants build their own party out of nowhere. It doesn't matter whether 100 or 10,000 people take part. We have the right specialists, ON THE ROCK the right material, the right locations but most of all the right feeling for people. Hierarchies are not only torn down, but people find their undiscovered talents on the basis of their personal talents.
